This camp is perfect for horse and nature-loving kids! The mornings are spent making art at the barn. We will draw from life, make anthotypes from hand-picked flowers, decorate a real pony for a photo op, and make a clay horse sculpture. After lunch we will walk to the neighboring Lear Stables for horsemanship and riding lessons with Amy. All campers need to bring a bagged lunch, a snack, water bottle, and low-heeled boots (can be rain boots) to ride in. Camp fee covers all art materials. (The horse sculpture will need to be picked up at the Flower City Arts Center after it is kiln-fired.) Call 585-271-5183 or use the form below to register. Learn about membership.
