Monoprinting is a course that studies the fundamentals of ways of seeing line and shape. One print is pulled at a time and no two prints are alike with this painterly printmaking method. Emphasis is given to sketches and quick studies utilizing a variety of printmaking media. Techniques include transfer, reductive, and additive. Principles of visual perception will also be explored. Workshop includes lunch from DogTown.
