Viva! Scanning Family Photos

Preserve your family memories! Learn how to scan photographs, slides, and negatives then edit them digitally using basic Photoshop tools. You will walk out of the class with digital files of your family photos. No prior Photoshop knowledge is required. Digital lab access and assistance is provided. Prints should be 8x10 or smaller. Bring a new or MacIntosh formatted thumb drive for your digital files. VIVA is open to adults 55+ who are interested in exploring new art experiences in ceramics, photography, printmaking & bookarts. In four week sessions, participants will get an overview of the medium of their choice and a chance to work in the studio with professional artists. Materials and open studio are included where applicable.
