The welfare of our staff, teachers, students, and artists is critical. We are contacting students in our remaining Winter classes with sessions scheduled through 3/27 regarding re-scheduling or an option for credit. Spring 2020 classes are slated to begin on 4/13.
For those visiting the Center as artists/renters, here are some important considerations and updates regarding our daily operations in the meantime. Thank you and we hope to create art with you shortly!
For the welfare of our staff, teachers, students, and artists, most of our staff will be working remotely and can be reached via email. For our list of email addresses, please visit our About page. If you need immediate assistance, please call our Google Voice number at 585-687-8215.
For the time being, we have suspended all walk-in studio services. Studio artists with keyed access are encouraged to practice safe distancing and to follow our cleaning suggestions.
Information on tuition assistance for classes at Flower City Arts Center can be found here.
If our classes aren't exactly what you're looking for, find information about our private, customizable lessons here.
We are currently inviting any teaching visual artist to instruct a one-day workshop or series of class sessions that are culturally-based to submit a short proposal for a teaching opportunity at Flower City Arts Center. Please apply today!
