Call for Entries

Flower City Arts Center offers various opportunities for artists throughout the year. Below are current calls for entry - please click on the entry link for full details and submission guidelines.


It's back! Our annual member exhibition will be March 1 through March 30, 2019. Anyone with a membership to the Flower City Arts Center that is valid through March 30 is welcome to submit a work of art. Drop-off dates are February 19 through 21, 2019. Fill out an Entry Form & submit with work in any Flower City Arts Center program area in person during regular office hours (Tuesday and Wednesday, 9am-5pm or Thursday 9am to 9:30pm). Ongoing Call for Entries

Throughout the year we accept exhibition proposals in all three of our program areas. Please send an email, including the required information below, to the appropriate program contact below. Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at Flower City Arts Center. Due to the volume of submissions we receive each year we will only be contacting those artists we are interested in exhibiting. Your proposal will stay on file for one year.

  • a detailed description of the show
  • 15 - 20 images of current work
  • a list of materials, sizes, and price points
  • a cv or resume an artists statement
