Tryon Park Fall Colors

Join us as we explore and photograph the beautiful and varied landscapes of Tryon Park. Tryon has woodlands, streams, marshland and deep shale gullies. It is a hidden jewel very close to the city. We will make multiple trips to photograph in this park, critique and discuss your images to improve your compositional, pre-visualization and thematic generation skills. Required: Digital and/or film cameras of any format you are comfortable with are acceptable. You should have the ability to capture, edit and share your photographs with minimal technical supervision. This class is for intermediate and advanced students, where you will be producing files for projection via your digital camera or the scanning of your film or prints. You should also be prepared to hike through wet, muddy, and rocky terrain. *No class September 27.
